Job summary

The Waldinger Corporation in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sheet Metal business lines. You will work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective sourcing strategies aligned with growth goals.

You will manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding, build long-term pipelines, and participate in events to support proactive recruitment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develops tailored recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Sourcing and engaging candidates using multiple channels.
• Builds and manages a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
