The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support office-based hiring across multiple business lines in Des Moines, IA. This onsite role collaborates with hiring managers to plan recruiting strategy, manage the full lifecycle, and build strong talent pipelines.

You will source qualified candidates, guide managers on job specs, and ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to final decision.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or related roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers and recruiters.
• Experience with campus and career fairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned to requisitions and business needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job specs, candidate profiles, and timelines.
• Create and implement tailored recruitment plans across departments.
• Use diverse sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source for hard-to-fill roles via passive databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Build pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Attend career fairs and events to support recruiting and succession planning.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process end-to-end.
• Partner with managers to design job descriptions, assessments, and interview guides.
• Maintain timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
