Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of full cycle recruitment (sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation).
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external clients.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday HCM preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task.
• Able to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define hiring needs and determine sourcing strategy with hiring managers.
• Develop quality and effective job requisitions and advertisements.
• Identify proactive sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse candidate slate.
• Screen, interview, and select candidates in a timely manner.
• Manage pre-employment due-diligence and onboarding aspects.
