Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs in their departments.
• Drafts accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria with department managers.
• Screen resumes in various job boards and Paycom.
• Conducts in person, phone, or video interviews for pre-screening and regular interviews.
• Administers appropriate company assessments as necessary.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and prepare interview questions.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to meet staffing goals.
• Post positions on job boards and college boards; create employment ads.
• Communicate employer benefits during screening or interviews.
• Serve as liaison with staffing agencies and colleges.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Prepare timely employment activity reports.
