You will develop descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain pipelines to support growth and workforce planning, while representing Walsh in the community and promoting the employer brand.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, or related roles preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for Walsh Door + Security.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and select candidates.
• Develop job descriptions and source qualified candidates.
