Job summary

JLL is seeking a Recruiter to partner with account leadership, leading high-volume talent acquisition for skilled trades across multiple client accounts. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and market JLL's employer brand while collaborating with HR and hiring managers.

The role emphasizes pipeline development, process improvement, and metrics reporting in a hybrid work environment. Location includes a Houston presence with 3+ days in the local JLL office; prior experience with

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Recruiting.
• Experience supporting operations and high-volume recruitment for skilled trades roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, advising, negotiating, offering, and marketing JLL's attributes.
• Create and execute recruitment plans for leadership, professional, skilled trades, and engineering roles on assigned accounts.
• Maintain a high requisition load while managing the complete recruitment cycle, including proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with external partners such as veteran associations, technical schools, local organizations, and other key recruiting contacts.
• Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to clarify job specifications, refine recruitment activities, and modify job descriptions as needed.
• Support organizational initiatives and work with Recruiting leadership to create best practices and participate in firm-wide recruiting initiatives
