AV is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution while ensuring compliance with ITAR and government contracting requirements. This role partners with the business to drive workforce planning, talent development, total rewards execution, and organizational effectiveness to support mission-critical outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years HR experience with 3–5+ years as a P&C Partner.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Experience in regulated environments (aerospace/defense/government).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the business to shape people and org strategy; design and execute talent solutions.
• Advise on org design, workforce planning and talent optimization for growth.
• Lead performance management with calibration and alignment to priorities.
• Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning.
• Coach leaders on engagement, performance and leadership effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and investigations per policy/laws.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations and ITAR; maintain audit-ready docs.
• Analyze workforce data to inform decision making and proactive planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and scenarios.
• Support Total Rewards for compensation planning and equity reviews.
• Drive engagement initiatives and action planning from survey results.
• Lead change management and cross-functional P&C projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risks and milestones; manage dependencies.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, IT and leaders to execute core people processes.
