Job summary

Fielmann USA is seeking a talented recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting and onboarding for corporate, lab and retail locations. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, and work with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans.

The role also involves building talent pipelines, driving social recruiting, and advising leadership on hiring practices while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting or retail health industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work at all levels of the organization.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment law desired.
• Solid internet search experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite of programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting and onboarding for corporate, lab and retail locations.
• Identify and source candidates for current openings and future growth.
• Manage external recruiting resources and coordinate interviews.
• Develop employment marketing collateral and coordinate social recruiting efforts.
• Direct teammate onboarding process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and attract talent.
• Develop talent pipelines and address current business trends and future growth.
• Identify candidates through innovative search methods and social campaigns.
• Promote and manage external and campus postings; gather data for improvements.
• Guide the recruitment process to ensure consistency and best practices.
