Job summary

Identify, evaluate, negotiate and secure locations for new stores, relocations, and expansions, from market strategy and site selection through LOI, lease execution and development handoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience with acquisitions and negotiations.
• 1–3 years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead market strategy and site selection for new stores, relocations and expansions.
• Initiate and complete real estate transactions and lease negotiations.
• Prepare high-quality approval packages using PowerPoint and data analytics.
• Coordinate cross-functional development handoff with Store Planning, Construction and Finance.
• Represent the company in discussions with brokers, landlords and government officials.
