Fielmann USA is seeking a Full Time Doctor Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for optometrists and independent doctors of optometry. The role supports campus outreach and collaborates with offices to hire top talent.

This position offers a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and up to two remote days; you will source candidates, coordinate interviews, and help craft compelling employment offers while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting or retail health industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment law desired.
• Solid internet search experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive full cycle recruiting for Optometrists and Doctors of Optometry.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Source candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Create hiring campaigns and outreach materials.
• Maintain candidate networks and contact data.
• Post openings externally and on campus.
• Gather competitive data and advise on practices.
• Stay current with industry trends.
• Collaborate to present and negotiate offers.
• Ensure hiring processes are completed.
• Coordinate contract and bonus agreements.
• Work with managers to implement onboarding plans.
