Job summary

Fielmann USA is seeking a full-time Manager of Mergers, Acquisitions, & Integrations to own and drive the deal process from opportunity through closing. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience; M&A/consulting preferred.
• Experience with retail healthcare/healthcare services a plus.
• Strong business acumen with leadership or influencing experience.
• Able to quickly analyze financial data and translate into insights.
• Able to work cross-functionally with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate transaction terms, LOI, and related documents with owners.
• Support identification, screening, and evaluation of M&A opportunities.
• Manage proposal, negotiation, and purchase process for new opportunities.
• Develop due diligence and integration plans with milestones and costs.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence activities and track issues and risks.
• Present updates to senior leadership with recommendations and mitigation.
