Fielmann USA is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for a full-time, hybrid role based at the Green Bay, WI corporate office with some remote days.

Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, training programs, policy guidance, and HR projects to support performance and operations. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years’ experience in varied Human Resources disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead across all levels of the organization directly and indirectly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate and field organization to ensure proper staffing levels, teammate training, policy compliance and talent management.
• Manage full cycle recruiting and hiring process for corporate and center positions.
• Ensure onboarding and training programs are in place to support compliance, performance, and operational objectives.
• Assist with Human Resources projects.
