Superior is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead full cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. The role is based at our Columbus, Ohio headquarters and focuses on competitive offers aligned with market data.

You will coach TA team members, manage headcount requests, and collaborate with third-party agencies to optimize our hiring processes and candidate experience.

Formación

• Requires at least 6 years of in-house full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience conducting compensation analyses and market research.
• Proven coaching, mentoring, or team development abilities.
• Experience improving hiring tools and processes to drive efficiency.
• Bonus: experience working with third-party recruiting agencies.
• Bonus: familiarity with Talent Acquisition in the construction industry.

Responsabilidades

• Own full cycle recruiting for a range of roles, from sourcing and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Conduct compensation analyses to ensure that offers are competitive and aligned with market data and internal benchmarks.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and drive successful recruiting outcomes.
• Manage headcount requests to ensure hiring plans align with business priorities and clearly articulate team needs.
• Proactively identify and drive creative ways to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies.
• Actively help Talent Acquisition team members grow and develop professionally through coaching, mentorship, and support.
