Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Managers to drive account performance, hiring success, client satisfaction, and retention.
• Develop recruiting strategies aligned with client workforce plans, hiring demands, and business objectives.
• Monitor hiring trends, headcount, gross profit, recruiter productivity, pipeline health, and other key performance metrics.
• Lead recruiter performance through coaching, mentorship, accountability, and performance management.
• Partner with offshore management teams to ensure recruiting operations are executed effectively and consistently.
• Optimize recruiting resources, sourcing strategies, job boards, tools, and advertising investments to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and develop actionable recommendations.
• Support forecasting, quarterly business reviews, performance evaluations, and operational planning.
• Participate in client meetings and business reviews, serving as a trusted recruiting partner.
• Drive process improvement, scalability, and operational consistency across accounts.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Program Management, HR, Operations, and other internal teams on organizational initiatives and continuous improvement.
