You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, manage headcount requests, and drive process improvements across our hiring practices at the Columbus headquarters.

Based in Columbus, OH, this full-time role focuses on attracting top talent, aligning offers with market data, and mentoring TA team members to elevate performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of in-house full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience conducting compensation analyses and market research.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing teams.
• Experience improving hiring tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for a range of roles, from sourcing and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Conduct compensation analyses to ensure that our offers are competitive and aligned with market data.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and drive successful recruiting outcomes.
• Manage headcount requests to ensure hiring plans align with business priorities.
• Proactively identify and drive creative ways to improve our recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies.
• Actively help Talent Acquisition team members grow and develop professionally through coaching, mentorship, and support.
