Superior, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full cycle recruiting, guide compensation analyses, and partner with senior leaders to meet headcount needs. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and sits at our Columbus, OH headquarters.

The manager will drive process improvements, mentor TA professionals, and manage agency relationships to ensure top talent is recruited efficiently in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of in-house full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience conducting compensation analysis and market research.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing teams or teammates.
• Experience improving tools and processes to make the hiring process more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for a range of roles, from sourcing and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Conduct compensation analyses to ensure offers are competitive and aligned with market data and internal benchmarks
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and drive successful recruiting outcomes
• Manage headcount requests to ensure hiring plans align with business priorities and clearly articulate team needs
• Proactively identify and drive creative ways to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
• Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies
• Actively help Talent Acquisition team members grow and develop professionally through coaching, mentorship, and support

Reports to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Pay Range: $105,000 - $130,000

We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates.

Superior is looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition to help drive our full cycle recruiting and ensure we attract, evaluate, and hire great talent.

The Manager will work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, manage new headcount requests, conduct compensation analyses, manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies, and support continuous improvement across every aspect of our hiring process. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

Your Expertise

• Required: You have at least 6 years of in-house full cycle recruiting experience for a high-growth company
• Required: You have experience conducting compensation analysis and market research
• Required: You have experience coaching, mentoring, or developing teams or teammates
• Require: You have experience improving tools and processes to make the hiring process more efficient
• Bonus Points: You have proven experience working with third-party recruiting agencies
• Bonus Points: You’re familiar with Talent Acquisition in the construction industry
