Job summary

Highlights For Children is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition in Columbus, OH to lead and optimize our recruiting strategy and operations. You will own the full lifecycle, partner with HR leadership, and build diverse, high-performing talent pipelines that align with business priorities.

You will also drive onboarding, contractor talent needs, and ongoing recruiter enablement, using data to continuously improve candidate experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full lifecycle recruitment process for roles across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and administer the talent acquisition strategy, programs, tools, and practices.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast workforce needs and sourcing approaches.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on hiring strategy, market conditions and candidate selection.
• Strengthen employer brand and create diverse candidate pipelines for an inclusive culture.
• Coordinate with external recruiting partners and contractor talent needs as appropriate.
• Use data and analytics to assess recruiting effectiveness and drive improvements.
