The successful candidate will lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development, while guiding workforce planning and employee relations in a fast-paced corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP leadership for corporate/functions.
• Experience supporting Finance, Legal, IT or similar corporate client groups; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into talent, organization design, and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned corporate functions (Finance, Legal, IT, Strategy).
• Lead workforce planning, succession, and leadership development across client groups.
• Coach leaders on performance management, team dynamics, and organizational change.
• Partner with Legal and Employee Relations on complex employee matters and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable HR solutions during transformations.
