Comcast Corporation is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition for CSO/Tech/SEW to lead strategic TA initiatives across multiple locations, including major hubs in PA, FL, TX, CA, and more. You will drive end-to-end recruitment and build pipelines for current and future staffing needs.

The role requires guiding a high-performing TA team, leveraging data-driven insights to improve processes, and promoting Comcast as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7+ years relevant experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience leading TA teams and building pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business objectives and performance.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including requisition, sourcing, screening, and onboarding within compliance.
• Develop sourcing strategies to build pipelines for current and future staffing.
• Establish recruitment metrics and analyze performance to optimize staffing operations.
• Partner with HR and other departments to improve recruitment tools and processes.
• Attract diverse talent and promote Comcast as an employer of choice.
• Demonstrate independent judgment and maintain reliable attendance; nights/weekends as needed.
