Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and performance goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including requisitions, sourcing, screening, and onboarding within compliance.
• Ensure staffing needs are met with quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Guide the TA team in building sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines for current and future staffing.
• Establish recruitment metrics, analyze performance, and optimize processes.
• Develop external partnerships to attract diverse talent and promote the company's employer brand.
