Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
• Proven ability to lead TA teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Implement talent acquisition strategies that improve business performance and ROI.
• Guide the recruitment process from requisition design to onboarding, ensuring quality hires.
• Fulfilling departmental hiring needs with cost-effective sourcing and recruitment.
• Lead development of talent sourcing strategies and oversee their execution.
• Establish recruitment metrics, monitor performance and report on staffing outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and improve recruitment tools and processes.
• Analyze recruitment strategies and trends to enhance efficiency and retention.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with external partners to augment hiring.
• Provide leadership to the TA team, setting performance goals and expectations.
• Exercise independent judgment; maintain regular attendance; work nights/weekends as needed.
