You will manage the full talent lifecycle, from candidate attraction to onboarding, while building a robust pipeline through campus recruiting and proactive sourcing. You will optimize the ATS, collaborate with HR and hiring managers, and lead campus recruiting events, site visits, and partnerships with schools to support staff growth and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in recruiting or HR roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting.
• Understanding of employment laws and pre-employment practices.
• Proficiency with HR systems and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across all positions.
• Develop job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Post jobs across boards, campuses, and channels.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, career fairs, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Oversee ATS records, reporting, and communications.
