Job summary

JHI Group Inc. is seeking a Talent Manager to oversee recruitment across the organization, guiding the full talent lifecycle from attraction to onboarding. You will build pipelines, partner with schools, and ensure compliant, high‑quality hiring practices.

The role requires developing job descriptions with hiring managers, managing postings, and proactive sourcing to fill current and future openings. You'll lead campus recruiting, coordinate interviews, oversee testing and offers, and drive

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, professional sales, marketing, or Human Resources
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and pre‑employment practices
• Knowledge of compensation fundamentals and offer development practices
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and partners
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to seamlessly manage multiple openings and priorities
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate candidates and improve recruiting processes
• Proficiency with HR systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting across the organization
• Develop and maintain job descriptions with hiring managers
• Manage job postings across boards, campuses, and channels
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, fairs, and partnerships
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs
• Oversee ATS usage and candidate records
• Coordinate interviews and testing; support offers and onboarding
• Partner with schools to recruit students and co-ops
• Optimize recruitment processes and reporting
