JMJ Phillip Group in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Recruiting Manager who will identify top talent for our manufacturing, supply chain, and technology clients. You will collaborate with our research and account management teams to screen candidates through interviews and final placements.

This role emphasizes building candidate pipelines, delivering recruitment reports, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong internal customer relationship and customer service skills.
• Experience with MS Office suite of products.
• Robust organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong communication skills for remote platforms (phone/video).
• Competitive spirit and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a recruiting strategy for various clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop a prospective candidate pool.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills and abilities and match as best fit for the open roles through a series of interviews.
• Provide recruitment reports to both internal teams and customers as requested.
• Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders to up sell candidates and clients on additional opportunities.
• Promote company reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Hit key metrics based on call volume, client submissions, interviews and placements.
• Partake in professional development opportunities including but not limited to professional certifications, leadership books, masterclasses, TED Talks, workshops, etc.
