Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 3–5 years recruiting experience.
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
Experience with HRIS, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment across the organization from requisitions to close and onboarding.
Develop Talent Strategies with department leaders to define success profiles and compelling job descriptions.
Source and engage talent through LinkedIn, networks, and partnerships; proactive talent hunting.
