Responsibilities

• Recruit passive candidates and move them through the talent acquisition process
• Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed information
• Build and maintain networks and conduct in-depth interviews
• Participate in special projects and identify top performers for senior openings
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offer
