Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from workforce planning to onboarding. The role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develops sourcing strategies, builds pipelines, and supports employment branding and community outreach initiatives.

You will screen, interview, and coordinate hiring processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliant documentation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with employment laws and hiring regulations.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract candidates across roles.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and teams.
• Extend offers and manage pre-employment processes.
• Support onboarding and new hire processing.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment databases.
• Monitor metrics and report on sourcing effectiveness and time-to-fill.
• Ensure compliance with laws and organizational policies.
