Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting
• 3+ years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• 3+ years of experience with sourcing tools and platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and partnerships with hiring managers
• Lead intake and job scope meetings to clarify role requirements and hiring strategies
• Provide labor market data and recommendations to guide candidate requirements and sourcing approaches
• Develop recruitment marketing and sourcing plans aligned with position needs
• Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, networking platforms, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong internal and external talent pipelines
• Engage candidates via multiple channels and articulate CPI’s value proposition
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates on logistics and expectations
• Support offer development with market data and internal equity considerations
• Generate accurate talent acquisition metrics and share insights with stakeholders
• Create timely job descriptions, postings, and offer letters
• Identify challenges and propose solutions to searches
