You will partner with executives to build pipelines, drive a strong candidate experience, and shape employer branding in the professional talent market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for professional functions.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas (Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance, IT, etc.).
• Strong consultative skills with hiring managers and executives.
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop pipelines for professional and leadership roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessments, offers.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Lead executive-level recruiting with confidentiality and guidance.
• Ensure timely, professional communication and candidate experience.
• Coordinate onboarding and transition from offer to first day.
