Job summary

Voith Group in York, PA is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager for a hybrid role. You will lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across the region, partnering with business and P&C stakeholders while driving improvements in recruiting operations, systems, and automation.

The role also oversees immigration and mobility processes, employer-of-choice initiatives, and ensures consistent hiring practices while allowing local differences. You will manage budgets, vendor relations, and scorecards.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and people leadership.
• Experience in high-volume, professional recruiting and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Assign portfolios to balance workload across the team.
• Develop and execute annual recruiting strategy across the region.
• Lead workforce planning and recruiting goals with performance standards.
• Create sourcing strategies for diverse roles and build talent pipelines.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance reporting.
• Oversee immigration and mobility processes and employer relations.
• Coach recruiters on difficult searches and optimize processes.
