Meriton is seeking a Recruiting Manager - Talent Strategy to lead one regional recruiting POD and partner with OPCO Presidents to forecast workforce needs and execute full-cycle recruitment across sales, trades, operations, and more. This hybrid role blends hands-on recruiting with team leadership, delivering a consistent process and strong candidate experience.

You will guide a regional team, develop quarterly hiring plans, and optimize sourcing channels while aligning with business priorities

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience leading recruiters and partnering with business leaders.

• Lead one recruiting POD across multiple OPCOs and balance workload.
• Partner with OPCO Presidents to translate workforce plans into hiring priorities.
• Own full cycle recruiting for high-impact roles and complex searches.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines.
• Maintain compliant, transparent processes and scorecards with timely feedback.
