Voith Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager for a hybrid role based in York, PA (17408). This position leads the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across the region, partnering with business and P&C stakeholders while driving improvements in recruiting operations, systems, and automation. You will also oversee immigration and mobility processes, manage employer-of-choice initiatives, and ensure hiring practices are consistent across units with room for legitimate local differences.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Assign business units and recruiting portfolios to balance requisition workload across the team
- Develop and execute the annual recruiting strategy aligned with business objectives across the region
- Translate workforce plans into team priorities, including recruiting goals, service levels, and performance standards
- Create sourcing and hiring strategies for high-volume, professional, technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles
- Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles using strategic sourcing, community partnerships, and employer relations
- Develop strategies to reduce reliance on external recruiting agencies
- Own the organization’s employer-of-choice strategy in partnership with stakeholders
- Ensure recruiting processes are consistent across units while supporting legitimate local differences
- Monitor systems, vendors, and processes to confirm they operate effectivelyIdentify system enhancements and process automation initiatives to improve recruiting efficiency, data accuracy, user experience, and operational scalability
- Ensure mobility operations and community relations strategies are developed and executed
- Build relationships with P&C and business stakeholders to track needs and team performance
- Own team scorecards and bring labor market intelligence to the GBS team and stakeholders
- Own the annual recruiting budget and vendor management (including background checks and compliance reporting)
- Set individual performance expectations, run regular one-on-ones, and complete performance reviews tied to annual goals and development
- Coach and mentor recruiters on difficult searches
- Manage executive and critical requisitions, including up to 10 requisitions during high-volume periods
- Review recruiting pipelines and requisition aging to ensure resources are prioritized
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience, including 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and people leadership
- Experience in high-volume and professional recruiting, recruiting strategy, and workforce planning
- Recruiting analytics experience
- ATS/HRIS and recruiting technology experience
- Systems implementation and process automation experience
- Talent pipeline development and vendor management experience
