Job summary

Körber Supply Chain NA is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to drive high-impact recruiting across the U.S. and Canada. You will lead a distributed team of recruiters, build pipelines for engineering, software, and operations roles, and align hiring with business growth in North America.

The role reports to the Global Head of Recruiting & Employer Branding and offers a hybrid work setting based in the DFW area, with a focus on data-driven hiring and an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with NA market expertise.
• Proven leadership of recruiting teams in U.S. and/or Canada, hybrid/remote.
• Strong track record hiring engineering, software, and industrial/supply chain talent.
• Experience in global, matrixed orgs, ideally with a European company.
• Deep understanding of U.S. and Canadian labor markets and recruiting practices.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a distributed team of Recruiters across North America.
• Drive accountability for hiring outcomes, time-to-fill, and candidate experience.
• Establish KPIs and regular business reviews to guide performance.
• Own and execute the regional talent acquisition strategy for Supply Chain growth.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill, offer acceptance, candidate drop-off, and diversity hiring.
• Advise senior leaders and hiring managers across North America.
• Educate stakeholders on labor market trends and compensation positioning.
• Drive data-driven hiring decisions and interview practices.
• Partner with HR Business Partner teams.
• Strengthen Körber’s employer brand in North America, especially in supply chain tech and automation.
