Job summary

Vosper Thornycroft Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple workgroups. This hybrid role combines onsite and remote work with national coverage and some international assignments.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop role requirements, source talent across channels, and manage offers to closure. You will lead candidate searches, leverage an ATS, and participate in outreach events to build a diverse talent pipeline aligned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
10 years of recruiting experience, federal government exposure preferred.
Experience with government contracting and OFCCP compliance is valued.
Proficient in sourcing across job boards and professional networks.
Expert-level experience with sourcing tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provides high level customer service to internal and external customers.
Develops effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
Creates compliant job postings and posting plans.
Conducts pre-interview strategy meetings with hiring managers.
Proactively sources candidates via internet, cold calls, job boards, social media and networks.
Consults on terms of offers and negotiates employment letters.
Maintains ATS records and interview documentation.
Participates in job fairs and community outreach to attract talent.
