Job summary

CertaSite is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to shape and lead the recruiting function across our growing network, aligning workforce plans with expansion goals. You will translate business needs into proactive sourcing, build pipelines, and drive hiring quality with data-driven processes.

You will develop scalable programs for field technicians and leadership roles, coach the recruiting team, partner with HR and business leaders, and ensure consistent practices across locations while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including 3+ years leading recruiters.
• Experience building recruiting strategies and pipelines in a multi-location organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth (organic, new markets, acquisitions).
• Lead, coach, and set priorities for the TA team; allocate resources across locations.
• Build scalable sourcing programs and pipelines for field technicians and hard-to-fill roles.
• Own TA metrics and dashboards; use data to improve speed, quality, and cost.
