Job summary

CertaSite, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruiting function and shape the talent strategy across growth initiatives, market expansion, and acquisitions. You will guide a team, partner with leaders, HR, and Marketing, and use data to improve recruiting effectiveness and hiring practices.

The role emphasizes field and technician talent critical to growth, requiring strategic advisory skills and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including 3+ years leading recruiters or a TA function.
• Experience building recruiting strategies and talent pipelines in a high-growth, multi-location organization.
• Experience recruiting across multiple levels, including high-volume hourly or skilled-trade roles and leadership positions.
• Experience with ATS, recruiting analytics, sourcing tech, and modern recruiting channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth (organic, new markets, acquisitions).
• Lead, coach, and set priorities for the TA team with clear accountability for outcomes and candidate experience.
• Build scalable sourcing strategies and long-term pipelines through schools, industry associations, referrals, and partnerships.
• Ensure consistent recruiting practices, standards, and rhythms across locations with local flexibility.
• Own talent acquisition metrics and dashboards to inform decisions and improve speed, quality, and cost.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
