You will personally lead senior searches, coach the TA team, and manage a hybrid model aligning centralized and field recruiting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leading recruiting teams.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-location, or hourly workforce recruiting.
• Strong interviewing and pipeline development skills.
• Ability to improve recruiting processes and lead change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Personally lead critical, senior-level, confidential, and complex searches.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team with accountability.
• Oversee MMT's hybrid recruiting model with field Recruiting Captains.
• Partner with operational leaders to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive plans.
• Improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
