Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated success leading full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functional areas and levels.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and implementing process improvements.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing technologies, recruitment marketing platforms, and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead recruiting operations, enablement, and strategy delivery.
• Drive recruiting innovation, tech adoption, and process improvements.
• Coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team and foster a high‑performing culture.
