The role partners with HR leadership to drive enterprise talent strategies, optimize processes, and develop high-performing recruitment teams. A strong focus on analytics, scalability, and compliance underpins all initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• At least five years in human resources.
• At least one year of people leadership in HR.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws affecting talent acquisition.
• Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to assess hiring challenges and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Proven leadership including coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead integrated recruitment strategies from pipeline to onboarding.
• Ensure compliant assessment and selection processes across recruitment activities.
• Coach and develop recruiters to improve tech use, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Partner with workforce development to support strategy and action plans.
• Develop initiatives to boost employer brand and talent attraction.
• Identify and implement innovative recruiting methods for efficiency.
• Manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to measure outcomes.
• Monitor volumes and workload for optimal performance.
• Establish productivity standards to improve outcomes.
• Address recruitment challenges with HR leadership and staff.
