As part of Human Resources, you will develop innovative solutions, coach recruiters, manage budgets, and partner with organizational leaders to attract top talent while navigating compliance and diversity goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Five+ years HR experience.
• 1+ year leadership/supervisory HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws affecting talent acquisition.
• Excellent consulting, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead recruitment challenges with effective solutions.

• Design and implement integrated recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliant assessment and selection processes.
