• Experience managing ATS platforms and job boards.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
• Recruit for hourly and salaried positions across manufacturing, plant operations, and corporate functions.
• Oversee direct-hire recruiting and temporary staffing needs, partnering with staffing agencies as needed.
• Manage ATS, job postings, and recruiting platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications to ensure a positive experience.
• Develop proactive recruiting strategies and talent pipelines.
• Track recruiting metrics and staffing performance.
