Job summary

tmp seeks an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition to own the Talent Acquisition pillar within the global People team, shaping strategy and day-to-day delivery across the agency. You’ll manage the full lifecycle from brief to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to create a high-quality candidate experience.

You’ll balance urgent hires with long-term workforce planning, bring market insights, and drive scalable recruitment operations and AI-enabled processes to hire top talent globally.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience with strategy ownership.
• Experience owning recruitment for a business, region or major client group.
• Strong ability to balance multiple concurrent searches across disciplines.
• Proven ability to develop TA strategy and deliver hands-on recruitment.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities and People strategy.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for portfolio roles across disciplines and levels.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders, providing market feedback and momentum.
• Shape onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
• Develop employer branding and talent pipelines for recurring capabilities.
• Apply recruitment technology and AI to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
