Responsibilities

• Global TA Strategy & Leadership: lead a distributed team.
• Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies across geographies.
• Improve TA processes, systems, and tech transformation.
• Establish TA metrics and KPIs; provide insights to leaders.
• Partner with Business, People and Finance to align workforce needs.
