Job summary

tmp is seeking an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition to lead the global Talent Acquisition pillar within the People team. You will own the strategy and day-to-day delivery of recruitment, managing the full lifecycle from brief to onboarding and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers and the broader People team to align hiring with business priorities, build strong pipelines, and drive onboarding success across a fast-paced services business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, owning strategy and delivery for a business or large client group.
• Deep full-cycle recruitment experience with ability to source, assess and close high-quality candidates.
• Strong commercial and business acumen with ability to connect talent decisions to performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve tmp’s Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding across multiple disciplines.
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines and strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Drive onboarding excellence to ensure smooth and confident new-hire transitions.
• Utilize market intel to inform hiring plans and respond to talent-market dynamics.
