tmp is seeking an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition to own our Talent Acquisition pillar within the global People team, guiding strategy and day-to-day delivery of recruitment across the agency. You will manage the full talent lifecycle from shaping hiring briefs to onboarding.

You will work with hiring managers and the People team to craft a consistent, high-quality experience, ensuring new hires understand their role, team and path to success, while building strong external insights to

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, with experience owning recruitment strategy and delivery for a business, region or significant client group.
• Deep full-cycle recruitment experience with a demonstrated ability to personally source, assess, engage and close high‑quality candidates.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and acting as a credible advisor on hiring and talent-market decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve tmp’s Talent Acquisition strategy in line with business priorities and People strategy.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple disciplines from intake to references.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals and inbound applications.
• Partner with hiring managers, providing market feedback and momentum to searches.
• Own onboarding as the final phase of recruitment and improve the onboarding framework.
• Develop talent communities and relationships to support longer-term talent strategy.
• Explore AI and automation to reduce administrative tasks and increase human judgment.
