Job summary

SBM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to lead the development and execution of the company's recruiting strategy. You will partner with senior leadership to identify workforce needs, drive pipelines, and oversee onboarding, branding, and candidate experience.

You will manage leadership recruiting for critical roles, influence talent strategy, and mentor the TA team in a fast-growing environment. A bachelor’s in HR or related field is required, master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (master’s preferred).
• 8+ years in talent acquisition with 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience building internal and external talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide talent acquisition strategy.
• Lead executive and leadership recruiting for high-visibility roles.
• Oversee onboarding, employer branding, and candidate experience.
• Partner with senior leadership to define workforce needs and succession.
