This player-coach role will mentor recruiters, shape a global TA strategy, own executive search, and build robust pipelines using data-driven insights and AI-powered tools for faster, higher-quality hires.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in talent acquisition with leadership experience.
• Proven end-to-end TA strategy and operations in high-growth tech.
• Hands-on with critical, high-impact roles and executive search.
• Data-driven insights to improve talent strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CPO and leaders to align TA with growth goals.
• Lead and mentor recruiters, fostering best-in-class practices.
• Own global talent strategy, pipelines, and employer branding.
• Drive executive search and partnerships with external firms.
• Develop workforce plans and hiring strategies with senior leaders.
• Enhance recruiting lifecycle via data, metrics, and automation.
