Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required or equivalent HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with 1–2 years in leadership or strategic role.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using innovative sourcing methods.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, develop job descriptions, and implement efficient hiring workflows.
• Lead employer brand initiatives through digital platforms and industry networks.
• Represent the firm at job fairs, networking events, and industry seminars to attract candidates.
• Review candidate applications and conduct screenings/interviews as needed.
• Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness; ensure regulatory compliance.
