Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with 1–2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and ATS.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and leading recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Evaluate and improve full-cycle recruitment processes to ensure high-quality candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines using innovative sourcing methods and passive outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and implement efficient hiring workflows.
• Lead employer branding across digital platforms and events to attract candidates.
• Represent the firm at job fairs and industry events to raise visibility.
• Conduct screenings/interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Track KPIs like time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire, ensuring compliance.
