Eos-Accountants-LLP in Teaneck, NJ seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment, build robust talent pipelines, and partner with HR leadership to forecast hiring needs. You’ll drive employer branding, optimize processes, and ensure competitive, compliant staffing across the firm.

You will oversee strategy, candidate experience, and collaboration with hiring managers while maintaining a focus on quality hires and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent HR/Talent Acquisition experience
• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with 1–2 years in leadership or strategic role
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs across the organization
• Evaluate and improve end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using innovative sourcing methods
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and implement efficient hiring workflows
• Lead employer branding initiatives across digital platforms and industry networks
• Represent the firm at job fairs and networking events to attract candidates
• Review candidate applications and conduct screenings/interviews as needed
• Track KPIs like time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire; ensure compliance with laws
